Pizzeria Crown in Ruesselsheim

Had reservations about the pizzeria thanks to bad reviews. I have to say, however, that I was positively surprised. Pizza arrived hot and tasty, all extra requests were taken into account and the service was very friendly.

The first and also the last time. unfriendly staff and the shop is not at all hygienic.

When rabbits run a pizzeria that's usually not a good sign! This shop has once again demonstrated this impressively! Miserable long waiting times when ordering, even before Corona and the pizzas tasted pretty poor. The courted “stone oven” doesn't help if you just don't know how to prepare pizzas. I would be surprised if only one of them had any training as a cook or similar. would have to show. On top of that, the staff are pretty cheeky about complaints instead of facing criticism and accepting them! Even the one star is still too much for this dive! If you are looking for a good pizzeria, I recommend Da Mimo in Eisenstrasse or Mama Leone at the train station, pizzeria La Riviera is also quite ok. All three also have a delivery service.

The only pizzeria that delivers what it promises. Pricing, like quality. If the pizza maker has made a mistake with the ingredients, you will get the right pizza for free as an excuse. Always my pleasure

The last few months unfortunately longer delivery times and the longer the delivery time the more inedible the food. If it still arrives lukewarm, it is worth a lot ...

Really bad and bad service. Waited for food for over 1 1/2 hours. Pizza was cold. Pasta wasn't even lukewarm anymore. Not recommendable!!!!!

The pizza tastes good, the restaurant left a lot to be desired. I recommend either to take the pizza home or to order directly.

Everything perfect except that it always takes 50 minutes for the pizza to arrive.

I've always liked to order there .... Meanwhile I have to say unfortunately that the service has decreased sharply. On the phone you are stopped because you are not understood and the order is either wrong or incomplete.

We have been ordering there for years, but lately this has left something to be desired. Ordered a salad with vinegar & oil, was delivered a salad with cocktail sauce! When I complained, I was stupidly asked why I wanted a new one and if I could not eat it. Only when I said 5x that it was not possible due to allergies, the salads were reluctantly exchanged. But the absolute blast was today. We called 3 times and would either push away or put the phone aside without even getting in touch !! The fourth time we did not even speak, instead we had to shout out loud "No, do not talk!" What kind of juice shop has this been? Conclusion for us: We will NEVER order there again! Tips for Crown: You should not treat customers so cautiously and maybe invest more in a reasonable language skills.

Pizza ordered by phone without cheese (mentioned several times). She came with cheese. I waited 3 hours for a replacement! On the phone you did not seem to understand what I wanted due to poor German language skills.

True, always to peace but after yesterday I ordered a pizza and pasta dishes, the supplier came with a pizza and pizza bread and instead of improving the delivery, the boss told me that they had already done everything. The next day I wanted to order again and ask if they deliver me only the noodles because they delivered yesterday wrong, but the boss did not want it because he was so insisted on the minimum order value what I find a sheer impudence. Will not order there anymore.

Freshly and warmly delivered very quickly when ordering online. But don't order there anymore because they have no loyalty for stam customers.

Pizza and pasta are great BUT never order schnitzel there !!! Tasted like 2 days old. The edge of the schnitzel was so hard that you could hardly cut it, chew it silently. Too bad, thought that if everything else is great it might also apply to the schnitzel ..

Punctual delivery, warm and delicious pizza at the same time. That's how it should be.
